Sweetwater Lake, northeast Alabama
Sweetwater Lake is formed by Choccolocco Creek Watershed Dam Site 7 Dam on Shoal Creek in Cleburne County, Alabama and is used for flood control and recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1970. It has a normal surface area of 58 acres. The site is also known as Sweetwater Lake. It is owned by Us Forest Service.

Maximum discharge is 39318 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 6732 acre feet. Normal storage is 550 acre feet. It drains an area of 13.9797 square miles.
