Tips State Park Lake, southcentral Texas

Tips State Park Lake is on the Frio River in Live Oak County, Texas and is used for flood control purposes. Construction was completed in 1914. It is owned by the City Of Three Rivers.

 

Tips State Park Lake Dam is rock fill. Its height is 16 feet with a length of 110 feet. Its capacity is 300 acre feet. Normal storage is 300 acre feet.
