Montague Dam is the result of Turners Falls Canal Headgates Dam on the Turners Falls Pond River in Franklin County, Massachusetts and is used for hydroelectric power, flood control and recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1915. It is owned by Northeast Gen Serv.
