Upper Bayou Nezpique No 7 Dam is on a tributary of Bayou Nezpique in Evangeline County, Louisiana and is used for flood control purposes. Construction was completed in 1970. It has a normal surface area of 1 acres. It is owned by Evangeline Parish Police Jury.
