Upper Hudson Lake, west Georgia

Upper Hudson Lake is on a tributary of Cane Creek in Meriwether County, Georgia and is used for fish and wildlife protection, recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1970. It is owned by E.H. Hudson.

 

Upper Hudson Lake Dam, also known as Upper Hudson Lake is of earthen construction. Its height is 32 feet with a length of 450 feet. Maximum discharge is 1200 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 205 acre feet. Normal storage is 179 acre feet. It drains an area of 0.56 square miles.
