Watervliet Reservoir Vacation and Resort Properties

Watervliet Reservoir is created by Normanskill Dam on the Normans Kill River in Albany County, New York and is used for hydroelectric power, drinking water, recreation, fish and wildlife protection purposes. Construction was completed in 1916. At normal levels it has a surface area of 430 acres. The dam is also known as Watervliet Reservoir Dam. It is property of City of Watervliet.
