Jim Baker Reservoir is the result of Westminster Lake fed offstream by Clear Creek in Adams County, Colorado and is used for drinking water and recreation purposes. Construction was completed in 1995. It has a normal surface area of 58 acres. It is owned by the City Of Westminster.
