Williamstown Lake, Kentucky

Williamstown Lake is on Grassy Creek in Grant County, Kentucky and is used for drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1957. Its normal surface area is 300 acres. It is owned by the City Of Williamstown.

 

Williamstown Lake Dam is of earthen construction. Its height is 55 feet with a length of 680 feet. Its capacity is 8162.9 acre feet. Normal storage is 6200 acre feet. It drains an area of 8.65 square miles.
