Winchester Dam, east Kentucky

Winchester Dam is on Lower Howard Creek in Clark County, Kentucky and is used for drinking water purposes. Construction was completed in 1985. Its normal surface area is 90 acres. It is owned by Winchester Municipal Utilities.
