Woodland Dam, east MaineWoodland Dam is on the St. Croix River in Washington County, Maine and is used for hydroelectric power purposes. Construction was completed in 1906. At normal levels it has a surface area of 1.9 square miles. It is owned by Georgia Pacific Corporation. Woodland Dam is concrete, buttress supported. Its length is 1530 feet. Its capacity is 18400 acre feet. Normal storage is 13800 acre feet. It drains an area of 1350 square miles.
